About the Position:
The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support for the Program Director.  They are responsible for a variety of functions including document processing and preparation, scheduling, data entry, reception and secretarial duties.

  3. Hourly :$18-$22.50
  4. Location Los Angeles

What You Will Do:
  • Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and receptionist tasks for the project including, but not limited to, arranging itineraries, preparing agendas, arranging meetings, and composing correspondence and memos. 
  • Establishes and maintains files and records, which may include clinical or other confidential materials. 
  • Receives, screens and routes visitors, correspondence, and telephone calls. 
  • May attend committees or other meetings. 
  • May assist in research compilation and organization of statistical and narrative data for reports and proposals. 
  • Maintains general filing systems. 
  • Coordinate routine data entry of administrative information, which may include general faculty (staff) records and training. 
  • Manage the logistics of routine in-service trainings. 
  • Attend and participate in Amity community building functions.  
  • Actively develop and build upon creative and technical knowledge of TC (Therapeutic Communities) program activities. 
  • Attend workshops, meetings, and trainings as requested by supervisor. 
  • May serve as Community Advocate role in addition to job as requested by community leadership.            
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
