About the Position:
The Clinician is responsible for a variety of services including assessment, treatment planning, participant education, documentation, follow-up, etc.
Salary Range: $30-$32/hr
What You Will Do:
- Maintain clinical supervision, including review of student (student/participant) files, and have the ability to perform initial and/or ongoing student (student/participant) assessments.
- Provide mental health structured therapeutic services.
- Provide gender-responsive, trauma-informed, structured treatment services, including implementation of trauma-informed curriculum.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling
- Provide specialized classes and workshops relevant to the population (including Domestic Violence, Incest Survivors, Family Relationships, other topics as needed).
- Work with the Regional Director to develop and maintain the program culture.
- Ensure the program has family-focused services and is trauma-informed.
- Integrate the assessed and stated goals of student (participants) work in coordination with the ARC/FFRP staff in determining continuum of care services for student (participants) including educational and vocational planning.
- Participate in case conferences.
- Responsible for all aspects of medical, dental, mental health related appointments, including making appointments, follow-up, arranging transportation and prescriptions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or another professional licensed by the State of California to provide mental health services in California;
- AND Minimum of two (2) years of experience in providing trauma-informed services preferably to women.
