About the Position:
The Clinical Consultant for the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) - Community Supports (CS) program supports the program and Advocates by assuring the quality of clinical service is being maintained. Ensures that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet Medical Assistance standards and regulations. The Clinical Consultant provides expertise and guidance to improve student care, program effectiveness, and clinical outcomes. Strong clinical background, experience in care management, and a passion for transforming service delivery through innovative practices. ECM is a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to healthcare that aims to improve outcomes for high-need populations. This involves the coordination of medical, behavioral, and social services to address the full range of student needs, focusing on those with complex and chronic conditions. ECM programs are designed to optimize care delivery, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, and improve the overall quality of life for students.

Salary: $90k / yr.

What You Will Do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinical strategies that align with program goals and objectives.
- Support the integration of evidence-based practices into the ECM program, ensuring clinical interventions are effective and efficient.
- Evaluate and recommend clinical models, care pathways, and best practices to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Provide oversight and assistance to the ECM team to support effective service delivery, while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and deliver trainings for project faculty on clinical topics, care coordination techniques, and best practices for student engagement.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and care management team to establish quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a clinical liaison between the ECM program, healthcare providers, and community resources to foster collaboration and coordinate care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and committees to advocate for ECM services and the students served.
- Assist with ECM student cases that require additional or escalated clinical assistance.
- Provides direct clinical supervision to Advocates and Housing Navigator.
- Provide consultation and support to staff as needed including being available for Advocates to debrief about difficult situations.
- Provide consultation about clinical and administrative issues to other resources as requested.
- Supporting the learning and practice of the Teaching and Therapeutic Community model as well as training faculty that incorporates essential elements of the Teaching and Therapeutic Community.
- Attend workshops, meetings, and trainings as requested by supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required
- Master’s degree in behavioral health, public health, or other human services related field.
- Licensed professional with appropriate Board as Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC. License must be current and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, with at least 2 years in care management, population health, or related field.
- Expert knowledge of clinical practices, care coordination, and patient-centered care.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed to support program initiatives, trainings, and stakeholder engagement.
- Required: BBS or Board of Psychology licensure as outlined above.
- Valid and unexpired Driver’s License.
